PALS - we’re here to help when you need advice, have concerns or don’t know where to turn. We advise and support patients - we try to sort out problems quickly on your behalf. We listen to your concerns, suggestions or queries. We provide information on NHS services. You can talk to us knowing that the service is completely confidential - we are here to listen, not to tell.
Monday to Friday: 10.00am - 4.00pm (by telephone)
