YMCA Mullion was established in 2005 for the benefit of the local community, providing high quality youth learning and activity programmes and a high quality nursery.

In May 2011 the management of the project moved to YMCA Cornwall and was renamed YMCA Mullion.

YMCA Cornwall will continue to run the project as a youth learning/ activity and day nursery will develop the project further for the betterment of the community it serves.
